Senior Data Integration Consultant - Winter  2011

Working with clients at the highest level, you will use your consulting skills to help develop and maintain new and existing accounts and have the presence required to gain respect and confidence of both peers and clients.

You will apply your experience in order to deliver successful data warehousing and data integration projects, shaping and challenging the business agenda as required.

Duties will include identifying, recognising and acting upon opportunities, pre-sales activities, taking projects through to completion, ensuring high quality delivery & improving operational efficiency.

Candidates must have:

• Very strong track record in a similar client facing consultancy role within Data Integration
• Experience of working in a diverse number of sectors
• Commercial experience in Data Warehousing and Data Integration
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of Dimensional Modelling
• A good mix of experience in both technical and business facing consulting
• 5+ years experience of RDBMS technology including strong SQL and proven experience of Oracle & PL/SQL or SQL Server & T-SQL
• Ideally, usage of a best of breed ETL tool such as Informatica, Business Objects Data Integrator or IBM InfoSphere. If not, there must be a strong desire to learn ETL technologies.
• A willingness to adapt and learn new technologies

Skills related to SAP BusinessObjects or other BI tools is advantageous but not essential.
